Facebook will Submitting IPO Files - According to the news that circulated a few days later, facebook will soon hand over the administrative paperwork to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to be able to immediately conduct an initial public offering or commonly known as Initial Public Offering. A source from the Wall Street Journal says that Facebook will likely choose Morgan Stanley as the principal underwriter of facebook.
